-  Hundley Dr. will remain one-way westbound, regardless of which side of the roadway traffic is shifted to, until construction between Shady Shores Rd. and        Lake Dallas Dr. is complete.
-  South-side construction is anticipated to continue for approximately two more weeks, pending weather.
-  Once the south-side concrete is ready for traffic, the Shady Shores Rd./Hundley Dr. intersection will be closed overnight so the intersection can be lowered       several feet to its new elevation. The following day, long-term asphalt pavement will be installed to provide a durable, all-weather driving surface until the        intersection is permanently paved with concrete several months from now as part of the Shady Shores paving work.
-  Please avoid the intersection while this work is taking place. Advance notice will be provided on message boards several days before the closure.
-  Once the intersection asphalt is complete, traffic on West Hundley will shift to the south side of the roadway while remaining one-way westbound. North-          side construction will then begin. The full roadway, including driveways, is anticipated to be paved by mid-December, pending weather. Once paving is              complete, two-way traffic will resume.
-  Finish-out activities are anticipated to begin in mid-December and continue through the end of January, pending weather. This work includes sidewalks,            streetlights, irrigation, landscaping, pavement markings, and permanent signage. Similar to Central Hundley, this work will progress in phases and may              appear slower at times due to the sequencing required.
